At the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, thousands of fight fans turned out to see Oscar De La Hoya and Manny Pacquiao step on the scales for Saturday's HBO pay-per-view main event. There were a lot of De La Hoya fans in the house, but the Pacquiao support was overwhelming. The were chants of Manny the minute announcer Michael Buffer mentioned his name. Comedian George Lopez, a close friend of De La Hoya, was doing plenty of one-liners on stage to entertain the crowd. [details]
