The undercard to the Raul Martinez vs. Victor Proa main event was highlighted by up and coming Michael Perez. He faced Tommy Garcia in a scheduled for 4 round jr. Lightweight lbout. Perez (131 lbs; 2-0) came from Newark, NJ with business on his mind. Garcia, now 2-3, did not understand Perez’s business plan.
