Oscar Will Starve Himself For Pacquiao, But Not A True Weltherweight

Just saw a quote that Oscar said he was feeling weak and lightheaded from coming down to make the weight for the Pacquaio fight, its funny he would risk his health for someone coming up 2-3 weight classes but wouldnt do it for other fighters already at the weight. Oscar has fought names and has the most overrated resume in the history of boxing. A great talent he was with his fast hands and all, but against someone his size and equal talent, it didnt translate to victories most of the time.
Towering over everyone when he was at 135, sorry I just cant give much credit to a guy when he is way bigger than the guys he fought.

Name me a boxer right now with a better resume

Yeah, pretty disgraceful thead. I'll leave it at that really. I feel like I just repeat myself over and over defending Oscar on these boards.

Exactly, his resume has names on it, but at what stage were his opponents when he beat them at 135, old.

DLH has a very impressive resume.

You can look for reasons to make it not as good as it looks on paper, and you'd have valid points. But you can do that for most fighters.

Objectively, DLH's opposition level has still been top-notch.

You are just taking his resume and putting your own negative slant on it to prove an invalid point. Anyone can do that to most fighters. How about BHop? Dominated average competition at MW in addition to two blown up Welters before beating a weight drained Tarver and a sick Pavlik.

                    lmfao

a bernard hopkins fan whining about a fighter fighting smaller guys!

that's like a cory spinks fan whining about how boring floyd mayweather fights.

                    lmao
