    Aaron Pryor, Jr. Returns, Headlines “The Next Generation”

    Andrew Williams of R & R Promotions is proud to present “The Next Generation”on Saturday, November 1, 2008, at the Duke Energy Convention Center with an eight round main event featuring Aaron Pryor, Jr. (11-0, 8 KO’s). Pryor, Cincinnati, Ohio, is the son f Hall of Fame Jr. Welterweight champion Aaron “The Hawk’ Pryor (39-1, 35 Kos), who was part of two of the greatest fights of his era vs. Nicaraguan champion Alexis Arguello (82-8, 65Kos). Aaron ‘The Hawk’ Pryor secured the WBA Light Welterweight Championship title right here in Cincinnati on August 2, 1980 with a fourth round KO. Pryor, Jr. states, “I am ready to carry on the family tradition of pleasing my hometown fans. It’s great to be back in front of the Cincinnati fans and I hope to put on as great a performance as my last fight here in August 2008. I have one of the world’s greatest trainers, legendary Emanuel Steward of Kronk Gym, and we are ready to show the city that “It’s Still Hawk Time”. [details]

      the liked the last mcgirt jr. fight it was a good watch so was the last jcc jr. fight imo . . . but your completely right.
