Interesting choice, Zaragoza wasn't really a tactician as a fighter.

ODLH is using him because he is a left handed fighter. that's all and nothing more.

But Pac will going to spar with bigger WW fighters. This will be a WAR GO PACMAN

DLH is thinking more is better. I wonder if that will be the case...

            You're kidding right?

If not, i'd say go see his fights cause he was very intelegent and a great tactician who would slug if he had too and ko if he could but box you if he was forced too. He was another of Mexicos Champions that lived on forever it seemed and competed to the very end with the top elite. As in Manuel "Mantecas" Medina.

I would be pissed if i was Berstein who i had assumed would soly alone make the plan for Delahoya.

He brawled more than boxed and when he did box, he normally got drawn into a brawl, I would have looked elsewhere for a tactician.

I will give him credit for longevity though, considering how many wars he was in and how many times he got written off. And he was always exciting.

Edit: He was a decent counterpuncher but I wouldn't call him a tactician.

Sounds like you may have seen the earlier Zaragoza. I seen the older Zaragoza and i saw him box with skills and brawl or inside fight when he had too.

I think Delahoya is just using Zaragoza for the love and respect people have for him.

I saw an older Zaragoza as well, he still brawled a lot, although not as much as he did, his dismantling of Joichiro Tatsuyoshi in both their fights was impressive.

I actually wouldn't be surprised if Beristain told DLH to get Zaragoza, I think Zaragoza is the only championship level fighter that Beristain trained that was a southpaw, I'm not entirely sure though.

DLH doesn't really need anyone to win this fight...
