sparring against khan i think will be good prep for pacman for the dlh fight. khans about the same size and oscar and hs a rapid jab and a decent left hook. and with the headgear he might not get knocked out....

Start wit his defense. You can't grow a chin. Roach needs to get the man blockin, slippin, and duckin.

Amir khan needs to get away from the celebrity lifestyle that he has here in the UK. He needs to go HARDCORE. He should be eating, sleeping, breathing and sweating boxing.

When he goes for a ****, he should be ****ting out boxing gloves.

Thats hardcore! Learn the ugly parts of the game, not just the flashy stuff!

              Surely unhealthy though?

1.5 percent of 135 is about just 2 pounds of fat!

There is noway khan had just 2lbs (1.5% body fat) of fat against gomez. People who die of starvation still carry about 4.5 lbs of fat. I don't even think bodybuliders who diet to the brink of collapse can get there body fat that low. He may have got it down to around 3-4%.
