Taylor-Lacy: Boxing Gives Tennessee One More Chance
By Jake Donovan - Despite never gaining legs as a true boxing town, Nashville is perhaps as fitting a setting as any for the November 15 HBO-televised bout between former Olympic teammates Jermain Taylor and Jeff Lacy.

This is 1 of those sleepers that can turn into a classic. I got Jeff Lacy by KO.
Lacy is going to eat jab and then go out on this back. Have u watched Lacy fight lately he is not going to beat Taylor. Taylor on the other hand looked good in his lose to Pavlik and may have finally work away some of those bad habits. Taylor KO in 6
Taylor will KO Lacy. I wished Lacy coulda rebuilt himself after Joe C, but if he was gonna it woulda shown before now. Taylor lost twice to Pavlik but fought well both times and isn't nearly as removed from better days as Lacy.
Lacy will lose by a wide UD. No way is Taylor knocking him out with his feather fists, but that doesn't mean he won't do some serious damage over the course of the fight.
I'm tempted to put a small amount of money on Lacy by KO/TKO just because the odds will be so huge. I know it probably won't happen, but one flush punch could do the job and the one thing Lacy still has is power. That said, I'm predicting Taylor to win by five rounds.
