Why is Mexico so Superior to PR in the p4p ratings?

This is a very sad thread. I'm Puerto Rican and take offense to all the hate from both sides. Regardless of how you look at it we are still Latino's and we need to stand by each other not knock each other off.

I mean show pride for your country and your people but also respect to others and there culture. I don't understand why the mods let this **** go on why not just delete the thread and ban all the negative people. Imagine what this site can accomplish if we had respect for each other... This would be the best site for all boxing information and I wouldn't have to go to 2-3 other sites. So I don't have to read garbage just to get some information.

Just my thoughts time for my post to get bashed. I'm ready

Dude, don't waste your time answering some pitufos in here who are unable to see beyond their height. Mexicans produce a lot of good boxers out of necessity. They are dumb mother****ers unable to become better by ways of education. They need the money and they fight for living. Boricuas fight because of the love for the sport. Why do you think there are no big fights in Mexico??? Who is going to pay at least 50 dollars to watch the fight??? How many tickets could be selled??? Cazeres has made a name for himself fighting in Puerto Rico. Other than JCC, there is noone else who will sell in Mexico. Even Maragrito can't fill up a Stadium and expect to make money.


Mexicans are uneducated people living in a poor 3rd world country... SIMPLE AND BASIC COMMON SENSE.

Mexicans love the sport of boxing also just like Puerto Ricans. I agree that some do it out of necessity. But honestly, how many of those make it big with just necessity and not loving the sport? You will be suprissed on how many people would buy PPV in Mexico, if Chavez Jr sells...what makes you think someone like Margarito can't sell? Without the support from U.S. your "commonwealth" woudln't be **** and you know it.

Make no mistake with or without the USA, Puerto Rico will never be as hurt or 3rd world asMexico. We got fish, cattle fruits etc. PRs have always had steak on the table... don't even kid yourselves. The PR economy was said to be THRIVING prior to the US coming in. Keep in mind that the US benefits from PR on many levels. Lots of NASA engineers come out of Puerto Rico. Stop watching those 70s movies that depict stereotypical BS.
