Here's what my tape reveals

Now dont go off shooting your jollies off just now, but listen to this. At about 12 minutes of the tape, Mike demostrates the 3 punch method. It's something that hasnt been tried before or since. It his invention. The trick of the 3 punch method is to nail your foe with 3 punches under a second but using only one punch

the target areas are head, body and balls. but what's intriguing is that the balls dont even qualify for a foul because the punch is so fast it's impossible for a naked eye to spot it.

my tape clearly demopstrates a single punch (or is it three) fired off at 3 target areas. Although when i put it in slow motion the tape starts to get cranky, the TV cant handle such speed. Mike never got to reveal the move in his fights on camera. Let's face it it's ultra....

so one thing you know you're shooting your jab, and then poof, mike does you in with the 3 punch method.

You put in the CD, use Windows Media player to rip the stuff from the CD, then you use a file hosting place like Youtube and you upload it.
I think you can even upload directly from the CD with youtube...I'm not sure.
