Promoter Mick Hennessy says he is frustrated because he can't seem to reach a deal with Lou DiBella to match Carl Froch and Jermain Taylor for the vacant WBC super middleweight title. The WBC ordered Taylor and Froch to fight each other for the vacant title, but DiBella and Taylor are more interested in landing the better known Jeff Lacy. [details]

Little wonder they want to face Lacy and not Froch, Lacy is a MUCH easier option at the moment, since JC he has been a shadow of his former self.
The WBC should order Di Bella to make the match or forfeit Jermaines chances of fighting for the belt, that would wake them up a bit. Bloody promotors nowadays piss me right off!!!

I hope Lacy loses so the fight goes ahead. This division has the talent, but the top guys don't face each other. When the WBC champion is decided, we need to see some unifying between the likes of Kessler, Bute and Froch/Taylor.

I'm not that impressed with froch and I don't believe he beats taylor, if the same taylor shows up for the froch fight that showed up for the pavlik fight taylor wins, froch is okay for this era, but nothing spectacular.
