Roberto Duran fought the best when he moved up, but Mayweather avoided Mosley at 135, Tszyu at 140, and Cotto (and Mosley again) at 147.

If you've beaten everyone significant in your weight class then move up then I guess it does count for something.

This is obviously a reference to Antonio Margarito moving up in weight to fight Daniel Santos.

Moving up in weight doesn't do much for me.

Generally speaking, as people move up in weight they're still fighting well within weight classes they can compete in. It's impressive when a fighter is above a comfort zone, so to speak, and proves that they can accomplish things.

The large bulk of people moving up is them merely fighting in the weight class they should've been fighting in all along.

Oh and this is obviously in reference to Gayweather, but that's ok, it's fun making fun of him. The guy is a joke, so why not lay down some jokes on him?
