    Clinton Woods Eyes September Return, Tarver Rematch

    Former light heavyweight champion Clinton Woods is planning to return to action in September, with his focus on reclaiming the IBF title he lost to Antonio Tarver in April. After the loss, Woods was planning to retire, but then changed his mind. He wants to pay back the fans that flew to Florida to support him againt Tarver by winning a rematch. [details]

      true. tarver has big plans. wants to unify the division. he`s nearly 40 so he would just be wasting his time fighting woods again. it wont happen

            In 100 fights against each other changing strategies any way they can, Tarver would win 99 of the fights. The one that Woods would win will be because Tarver got injured. Tarver did everything but KO Woods and there is no reason for a rematch.

              If woods would have used his jab, he would have beaten Tarver.
