I'd love to see this fight and I'd put my money on Pac to get the KO in a slugfest. But if he performs well at 135 and takes Diaz' belt, he should challenge Cas, campbell, or whoever else has the other belts at the time to unify the division. No need for Pac to go back to 130 just to get at Valero. If he's gonna move back down at all the man he needs to face is JMM in a 3rd fight, if JMM don't chase him up to LW. He can do business at either weight and have some good fights. But **** tryin to fight Hatton at 140.

This fight will not happen. Top Rank has been talking about a fight in Macau that is suppose to happen last year. It will not happen.

I think that Valero would be an excellent opponent for Pacquiao.

That makes sense, put the fight in China where they have zero interest in boxing. Sure for ********, that's it. No love for the sport. Terrible idea. Why not go to Mexico if he's so big there, and for once not fight a Mexican. So of like giving back if you want to say, to the people that although they hate him, I know a lot of them love to watch him fight as well. xcarots can say all he wants, but you know, he'll watch every Pacquiao fight regardless of his opponent. He says he hates him, yet you know theres a lot of love he has for him deep inside.

Macau has some wealthy casino people that are offering to put up a boatload of money. And of course that is always the bottom line.

Valero knows that the Pac is his big meal ticket. That's why he needs this fight badly. he keeps on taunting the Pac to a fight despite knowing that he hasn't fought that many worthty opponents.

Pac on the other hand, is into this purely for money, nowadays. He now knows that he will get older and fade. He knows that a pro boxer needs big revenue fights. He will fight if the "negotiation" goes properly.

why the hell would you bump a month old thread?

it's not like valero was happening?

the only reason they were discussing valero outside of vegas was because they didn't think manny was a ppv draw. when he drew good numbers with a non-ppv draw like juan manuel , the plans changed.

manny has bigger fish to fry right now. diaz's belt will set up fights with other 135 lbers. and/or hatton.
