Sauerland Event has lodged an official protest to the WBA about the planned Mikkel Kessler vs. Dmitri Sartison bout on June 21 in Brondby, Denmark, for the vacant WBA super middleweight belt. For the bout to have the title on the line, current champ Anthony Mundine must beat Sam Soliman on May 28 and then relinquish the title. [details]

True enough it's a bulls--t title, but anyone saying Haussler deserves a #3 ranking or step aside money is deluded. Haussler is nothing more than ****ty clubfighter with a record blown up by winning close hometown decisions in Germany. The one time he came to the US he lost to a Brazilian nobody.
