Ruslan Chagaev's Left Eye The Real Reason?

The medical exam should have found out about this if this is true.

Hopefully they will strip him and let Valuev fight someone for the title maybe Haye that would be cool.

Why should they strip him? Its not like he refuse to fight or something..As long as he end up fighting Valuev in the next 3-6 months then why should they strip him.

No, they shouldn't strip Chagaev because of health problems.

However, I would love to see Valuev vs. Haye for an INTERIM WBA title.

Is there some sort of rule about this? How long do they let a guy hold on to a belt while claiming constant injury? No slam to Chag, I'm just curious if they actually have a rule in place in regards to injuries postponing fights.
