I like these two fighters don't get me wrong, but I feel both Abrahams and Miranda are both limited fighters and are both overrated. And both their resumes look the damn same if you compare them for the most part.
Panchito Bojado - People were saying he would be better then Both Delahoya and Vargas.
Jeff Lacy - Very 1 dimensional had devastating power but had never fought a real top fighter till he got spanked by Calzaghe.
Diego Corrales - Yes we all love the guy because he would give his heart and soul but he had horrible defense. He went life and death with Justin Juuko,Roberto Garcia before his fight with Floyd which people thought he would win. Later in his career he was getting spanked by Castillo before getting one of the best come from behind Ko's ever. Ended up losing two fights to Casamayor and getting Ko'd by Castillo in the rematch. Love the guy but his wins against Manfredo and Gainer made everyone jump on the bandwagon.
All id like to add is Arturo Gatti and id say my list is the same as yours.
I would say DLH. He is a good fighter but he is so over hyped. You would think that he was an ATG with all the pub and talk about him.
They make him seem like a multi-division Champion when he was merely a multi-division titilist. Its debatable if DLH was ever a true Champion at all. He was never the undisputed champion of any of his weight classes and its a testament to the ABC's genuis as to how he got soooo many belts.
147lbs: He lost to Tito and Mosley here and never unified.
154lbs: Won some ABC's from Vargas (how did Vargas get those belts after losing them to Tito?). However did'nt get to unify against any other champs here before losing again to Mosley.
160lbs: Strum and Hopkins do I need to even go here.
He had some good fights and good wins but if you step back from the neon lights and allow your retina to dialate you'll see he is wayyy over hyped.
well, your statement is void by the fact that he was THE 147 AND 154CHAMPION....and he was robbed when he unified 147(Tito,incredible that a robbery legitimised tito's career at 147...laughable...)

I don't think anybody ever overrated Gatti, he was called the human highlight film by HBO after his fights with Patterson and Rodriguez. I do however know some people actually thought he would give a decent fight against Floyd which was laughable.
Someone who was getting some crazy hype was Juan Diaz, sure he was impressive against Freitas and Julio Diaz.
Freitas was comming off that split decision win against Zahir Raheem and had quit in his last high profile fight against Corrales.
Julio Diaz was comming off a title winning fight against Chavez who had hurt his knee and could not continue, his last high profile fight was a KO loss to Jose Luis Castillo.
Argument could be made. His biggest wins are against tito and Oscar who are not 160 lbers. His reign at middleweight was impresive in terms of defenses but alot of those defenses were against not the stongest of foes. He did go up and school Traver, so that does count for something. i would not say he is absolutely overrated but i could see someone making the argument.
If you are considered to be arguably the best MW of all-time your not ****in overated lmao.
But that is the problem with people rating Hopkins isn't it.
Some people consider him to be the greatest middleweight of all time when he clearly isn't.
Hopkins is a great middleweight and does make the top middleweight lists but it's hard to make a case for him being ranked higher than, for example, Marvin Hagler and Carlos Monzon.

Hopkins is underrated at middleweight, the last time the ring made a alltime ratings for Middleweight he wasn't even in the top 20 which is a Joke.
