thats a ridiculous number. who ever owns the WWE wouldnt pay 20 mill to a c-list "celebrity" whom WWE fans dont even care to like. first they try to pass him off as the good guy, that doesnt work so they turn him into the "bad guy" and that still isnt working. it makes no financial sense.
