It looks like the promotional situation of Francisco "El Gato" Figueroa might be headed for court. Yasin Malnik, President of The Seeno Group, informed BoxingScene.com that he is considering legal avenues to enforce his contract with Figueroa. "Frankie is in contract with Seeno Group. As long as he recognizes that, then we have no problem. If he doesn't recognize that, then I will do what I have to for him to recognize that." [details]

El gato will be fine.. He has down times and tough times so far... he has good management n great heart he will weather the strm and in 08 hewill get that title.. the court threats won't stop him, what's right will be done
