It has nothing to do with the World Boxing Cartel interim heavyweight titlist, but that hasn't stopped the curiosity seekers from poking their heads in the door with hopes that they might see the "Nigerian Nightmare" behind the counter relaxing in a La-Z-Boy recliner.

"You know, a couple months ago some guy showed up here with a trunk full of boxing gloves," said a store employee when asked about their store having the same name as a heavyweight contender. "He showed up out of the blue one Saturday morning hoping that he could get the gloves signed. I told him if just wanted them signed 'Sam Peter Furniture' I could do that easy enough. But he wasn't too happy when he figured out we had nothing to do with the boxer."

I think so too. But, unfortunately it's a Don King event, so Peter will likely be able to get away with it.

I think Peter will KO Maskaev with a deliberate, direct rabbit punch, like he did to Taurus Sykes. I just hope old Oleg won't be permanently injured.

Peter will KO Maskaev with a serious of hard left hooks. I think Peter's rabbit punching is more of a bad habit than it being deliberate. I must say, I think Peter smokes weed when not in training, I saw him on an interview once, he looked stoned outta his mind...

Peter doesn't need to be good to use rabbit punches. In fact, he resorts to hitting the back of his opponents heads because that's the only way he can win!

Joe Mesi was brain damaged by an accidental rabbit punch. Max Baer once killed a man in the ring with a blow to the back of the head.

The refs need to stop Peter from doing it before someone gets hurt.

This is the fight game and am guessing the Maskeav camp knows more than you do, If they think Peter is dangerous with his rabbit punch then they has the champion has the rights to point it out to the people in charge of the fight.

Joe mesi wasnt damage by an accidental rabbit punch he got damage by a number of power blows to his head by Jirov, And the time Max Baer was fighting was like 60 years ago must has change since then, If peter's rabbit punches are that bad then alot would have been made out of them by now.
