Not really suprised Teddy getting mad as on the first Friday night fights he talked **** about the card not being very good. I like Teddy though he usually says what's on his mind.Comment

Teddy may be self destructing. ESPN is part of a large corperation and non boxing suits won't even blink before firing him.Comment
-
Yeah that's the sad thing about it. Even though he's been with them for a long time, I agree they don't care and will fire him in a heartbeat if they have to.Comment

If Teddy doesn't like it, he should find a new employer.
I'm not saying that's how it should be, but there's really nothing unethical about promoters having "ins" with the network. Hell, Bob Arum promotes everything on VERSUS and Gary Shaw's EliteXC is the only MMA on pay cable.
A promoter luring fighters with the aid of an ESPN connection is no different than a Big Ten college recruiting a HS kid promising him he'll be on national TV nearly every game on their new network...Comment

Teddy has no "inner-voice" to tell him to be quite, which is what we need in this situation.
ESPN should be the promoter of their own network. They should allow Indepenedent fighters to sign up to fight on their network.Comment
