Did Mayweather pick to fight Hatton because Hattons the easiest fight for him?

So, he doesn't fight boxers like margarito, williams, cotto, and or mosley?

Stylistically Hatton is the worst matchup for Mayweather.

You wouldn't be posing the question unless you thought otherwise or can't see it yet, but you will on December 8th.

JACKPOT! The only person that would bring as much money as Hatton is more than likely Mosley so you could make a case for either of those two.

Of course. But the Mayweather Jr. nut riders will of course say no. Hatton is the easiest style wise to choose from out of the mix. Why else would Mayweather Jr. choose him as well as take on Dancing with the Stars at the same time? He wouldn't unless he was confident Hatton's style he could easily overcome. Mayweather Jr. was always right about saying he's a buisnessman and he thinks like one. He knows what to do that'll bring him the most money, continue to bring him the most money, and not jeopardize his "legacy". Really he's full of **** and don't believe any of his diehard fans that'll defend him saying this and that about Hatton. Floyd is a coward first and foremost.

I won't vote the poll because it's unfairly stated, but I DO think that Floyd underrated Hatton or he would not have elected to fight him. Floyd could have made safer big money, but he just underrated Hatton and finally we have a real fight on our hands. I can't wait for December 8. Win, lose, or draw, Hatton is going to give Floyd the fight of his life.

hatton hugs and hits, all mayweather has to do is apply a great jab and he'll easily win this fight. Because if hatton tries to hold onto Mayweathers arms while mayweather is jabbing the crap out of hatton, then Hatton will lose points for cheating.

Hatton is a better fighter than Margarito, Williams, Cintrion or Cotto (at this point)

Thank you. Margarito is not that good, Cintron hadn't done anything, Williams has only beaten Margarito and that's recent. This is not a great list of WWs.

Cotto you could argue, but I think that's an easier matchup for Mayweather than is Hatton.

Hatton is being so hyped up for this fight and Hatton is not that great. He had to hold and hit to beat Castillo, and Tszyu. Anyone with a name on his resume, he had to cheat to beat.

And the ref in this fight will be so strict compared to the other hatton fights that theres no way Hatton can pull an upset. So, he won't be able to get away with holding and hitting like all his other fights
