  • After watching The Contender final, which fighter would you prefer to watch?

I pretty much expected Bika's style and lack of technique, but I'll admit that I was somewhat impressed with Jaidon's resiliency and ability. Maybe it was because of the contrast between Sakio and Jaidon. Regardless, if I had to choose which one I would like to watch fight again, it be Jaidon because I can see he would offer much more.

Jaidon is a far better boxer with pretty decent power, plus he's younger.

Jaidon has a powerful left, plus his chin stood up a little better than was expected. I would definitely want to see him fight again.

mad people was hating on Jaidon on this site, I hope they realize why they were in the wrong after that fight.. i would perfer to watch Jaidon because he showed he can still **** while he's hurt. my man Sakio showed that too but we already knew that about him, Jaidon showed the kind of heart that makes fans out of spectators and since he is still very young I think he can make some crazy noise.. I think Jaidon should build his record, gain more experience and face fighters in the medium range of difficulty, make it to like 24-2 or 25-2 then fight Bika again, when he feels how it is to avenge a loss he will gain more confidence in future fights. I think Bika is VERY entertaining to watch but is set in his ways, he is what he is going to be but Codrington has unlimited space to grow, he's young and the 2 people who beat him were world renowned fighters, Green gave Edison Miranda all he could handle for 12 and Sakio gave Joe Calzaghe all he could handle for 12 aswell so to see Jaidon go out so quickly to Green didn't surprise me..

in Boxing terms Jaidon was a little kid going against a young adult in Green and that young adult had A LOT of skills, like a 4th grader VS a 9th grader, a big difference in experience and I feel they just threw Jaidon to the sharks and with Bika Jaidon surprised the **** out of me, his resilience opened my eyes and showed me he has way more to offer.. as for who I would rather see watch between Jaidon and Sakio I will have to say Jaidon because there is still room for improvement, he has the skills, the youth and the physical ability to improve his fight game as opposed to Sakio who took his "**** you up" style to the top of the mountain to the top dog and failed in his chance at the title, Jaidon is yet to get a chance and I think given the right touch ups he can be a champion one day.. 100

i would like to see Jaidon fight again. he has a longer career ahead of him then Bika because he is only 23 years old and fun to watch. I thought Max Alexander was going to be good but he turned out to be a complete bum. he lost to Soliman and was dominated by Brian Vera on the season finale undercard.

Bika was in with way faster opponents, and leaps better then codrington. Bika even with his crap defense still could duck and dodge a bit of codringtons punches he saw coming. Bika could see those punches coming because he fought ppl with fast hands like calzaghe and bute. When you've been in the ring with guys with that kind of hand speed, well codrington was ****ed before he stepped in the ring with bika. Plus, codrington fought like an idiot and tried to brawl with a brawler.
