    Kushner Pushing For Klitschko-Tua Bout

    Klitschko vs Tua?
Kusher will drop lawsuit if fight is made
Comebacking heavyweight David Tua could get a world title shot against IBF/IBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko according New Zealand's Sunday News. Tua's promoter Cedric Kushner, who has filed a $5 million lawsuit against Shelly Finkel, Shelly Finkel Management, K2 Promotions, Sport Five and Klitschko, says he will drop the case if Tua is given a title shot early next year. The suit relates to a cancelled Shannon Briggs challenge against Wladimir Klitschko in which Kushner says Briggs was strung along for close to two months by the Klitschko camp before electing to fight Calvin Brock instead. "I drop the suit, they give us the fight ... that's the plan," Kushner said. "Obviously, because I am the one taking them to court, I'm in a position to control any out of court settlement and I'll be looking to use all the leverage I can to get David the shot at the title he deserves." Finkel told the newspaper, ""I think Tua could interest us."

Can Tua even reach Wlad? Its going to look like Wlad practicing his jab on a heavy bag.

Now that's how a manager should get business done, doing WHATEVER to get your fighter into a position oto succeed, except for paying fighterrs to throw fights of course.

Yep. Only intrigue for this fight, which even HBO wouldn't buy after the Austin debacle, is whether Wlad could stop Tua. I don't think he will KO Tua, but I think Tua's corner will stop the fight about midway through.

It would be Lewis - Tua again, what a pathetic way to try to get a title for your fighter.

It will be worse than the Lewis fight. Wlad is more active, bigger, and his jab has more snap to it.

Well beside the fact that it would be one sided.......

What has Tua done to get a shot at the title?
