The Nevada State Athletic Commission has levied a whopping $200,000 fine against Bernard Hopkins for pushing Winky Wright in the face during their weigh-in the day before their July 21 clash at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. No one was injured in scuffle, which took place while the fighters faced off, but the Nevada commission wants to send a message of no tolerance for prefight fisticuffs and hammered "The Executioner" for 6% of his $3 million purse. After the fight Hopkins implied that the incident was a preplanned tactic to create more interest in the fight.

those are press conferences thats what there for to hype up the fight, a weight in is a different case you cant pull that kind of crap at a weight in.
