Bute Gets Title Crack at Berrio on 10/11

We will finally get to see if Lucian Bute (20-0, 16KOs) is the real deal or just another hyped-up fighter. InterBox announced on Thursday that Bute, of Montreal, Canada will face Alejandro Berrio (26-4, 25KOs) of Colombia for the IBF super middleweight title on Oct. 11 at the Bell Centre in Montreal. The two side came to terms on Wednesday and the agreement was later approved by the IBF. [details]

Well deserved title shot for Bute, one I think he'll make the most of. Berrio although a big hitter is somewhat limited and Bute's last fight against Bika will hold him in good stead here. Bute by decision. Even though the true IBF holder is Calzaghe.
