Stylistically, it's an excellent fight for Palacios. Azille has been too inactive and isn't clever enough for the Wiz Kid.

          --------------------

The co-main event, which will also be aired on ESPN2, will feature Louis “The Lion” Azille (19-3-2, 15 KOs) of Jersey City, New Jersey, via the Caribbean island of Dominica, who was scheduled to face former cruiserweight champion O’Neil Bell. But after Bell’s last minute withdraw from the card, Azille will square off against Francisco Palacios (11-0, 5 KOs) of Orlando, Florida.

“I don’t know why he (Bell) pulled out,” said Azille, who comes off a unanimous decision over Michael Simms (19-7-1, 13 KOs) on February 2. “I’m happy they kept me on the card. I don’t care who they put on the ring with me, I’m ready to fight. I promise a good show.”

Margules indicated that he last spoke with Bell about two weeks ago but does not know what happened to him. “I wish I knew,” expressed Margules. “After missing for a week, ten days, we had to pull him out. I hope he is doing ok.”

Who do you think was ahead at the time of the stoppage?

Definetly Azille. It looked like Azille coulda stopped Palacios at any time. Incredible turn around.

But Azille is all class and you could tell. Right after he was stopped he patted the ref on the back even thought the stoppage was a tad quick. he woulda been knocked out thout

I had Azille up, though it would depend on how the judges were seeing it. Palacios was too respectful of his power; he got hit with a power shot early and after that got on his horse.
