Probably. His talent level is out of this world, even when he is not in shape (which is most of the time anyways).

toney and jones should of rematched when toney was at cuiser.. hopkins was supposed to move up to fight toney at 190.. i heard he back out

No, Toney was a great fighter, but he battled inconsitancy throughout his entire career. He would have lost.

The Toney that beat Jirov would have made Mormeck look foolish. Toney would just lay back and counter early then turn it on in the later rounds and stop him. Bell is the only fighter who could have beaten Toney.
