It was reported in Uganda's New Vision, that former junior middleweight champion Kassim �The Dream� Ouma, has signed a contract to fight unbeaten Sergio �The Latin Snake� Mora (19-0, 4KOs) on September 15 at the MGM Grand, Las Vegas, Nevada.
