If he was going to be charged it would have happened by now. The 1st Grand Jury expired with out any evidence whatsoever. The couldn't indict a ham sandwich much less Bonds.

With all the **** he has to go through for the past 4 years he has been nothing more than a class act. I can not think of one time were he has charged the mound for getting beamed with a fastball on purpose, or told the fans to go **** themselves.

Bonds is on a mission right now and I'm enjoying every second of it.

Toney and Jones Jr both have been caught cheating haven't they? Thats sad, and they both failed to reach the legend status. Neither will ever have movies mad after them. Hopkins will though, I think they're making one now or something. I wonder who will play him since I don't know of anyone who looks anything close to him in hollywood.
