Thats funny because posters on this site were saying that Joe C needed the manfredo fight not only to buff up his rep in the US, but in the UK as well. In fact I remember one poster stating that Manfredo was better known that Joe is in the UK and Amir Kahn is Uk's biggest star followed by Hatton.
        Funny how things change.

Fact is it was an easy fight for Joe that was SUPPOSED to lead to a mega fight between Taylor, Hop or Winky in the US.
For whatever reason, the decision has been made to not go to the US.
Instead Joe is asking Taylor to move up in weight, get less than 50% of the purse and come to London.
        Honestly, its laughable.

          no he wouldnt have.
RJJ told him to come to the US and Joe said that RJJ was ducking him.

He's always wanted to the big-money fights in the States because he's been earning peanuts.

                    Because he didnt.
RJJ would have fought anybody in the US, he just wasnt going to travel across the ocean so someone else could challenge him for his title.
Dariusz and Joe were not willing to come to the US, so they never fought Roy.

Okay, peanuts compared to his talent. Being the most talented (or one of) at your trade on the planet demands more than £4million in 13 years.
