HOLLYWOOD, FL - Edison ‘Pantera’ Miranda is taking his next fight with Allan Green personally. The two meet on March 3rd in San Juan, Puerto Rico and the fight will be televised live on HBO World Championship Boxing. After the fight was signed, Green stated that ‘Miranda is ******’ and a ‘one dimensional fighter’. He said many other derogatory comments that were for the most part ignored by Pantera. However, it quietly gave Pantera a huge injection of strength, hunger, and determination. ‘I’d like to thank this kid for saying these ****** things. If he only knew how much it helped me during camp. You can be assured that it will be hanging in my locker room before the fight, and that I will remember all of this in the ring. You really think Green will do it after some of Miranda's devastating knockouts? Green will get tagged and once he does, he'll be out. Green has power, though I think it's alittle overrated. Let's just see who can take the other's shot, then you'll see the outcome.Comment

They both have power. In boxing everyone has power. It just needs to land in the right spot. Devestating knockouts or not they both hit hard. You say once Green gets tagged he's out? How about Miranda? He gets tagged to he gonna be out. The same for both. 50/50 fight. It's leaning towards Green to me.Comment

Green is a quick fisted, hard puncher. He's underrated as far as being considered "below" the top tier middleweights. I think he could beat Miranda, but with his ? chin, I wouldn't bet on it.Comment

So, is allan green cutting to 160. This is miranda's chance to prove he deserves a title shot at taylor. I have been hearing from different people that kelly pavlik is a better prospect than both of these guys, we shall see which one ends up like hagler and which one ends up like hugo corro or john mugabi.Comment
