hell no! this wont hinder manny pacquiao's chances of running for office in the May 2007 elections because this happened to none other than Imelda Marcos the person who was called "Imeldific" by websters dictionary.. a word named after her! coz she run for office but did not lived in the place but she went to the Court of Appeals to appeal her issue and she was granted a residence! not big of a deal here but if i were pac i wont run coz its so damn ****** on my part to run for office and still box at the same time!
there is a syaing here that why will manny run he is not a "thief" because they say that most of our politicians here are thieves!
