I dont think this is hype, boxing talk had this news on their website and now boxinscene is reporting it, I think Vitali is going to give it one more shot, and the wbc made him champ emeritus so there is nothing Duva can do about it. Vitali is going back to training so this is a step forward to coming back.

I wouldn't buy this news about Vitali coming out of retirement. It's all rumour and speculation in my opinion...

......I agree with you and your right. I was going for a laugh with my comments but it looks like I missed the mark.

Even Tyson had to fight a few people out of prison before he had his shot at Bruno and Seldon . Why should Vit be pushed up the ladder ?

While I think the WBC should have allowed Wlad and Maskaev to fight, with Peter getting a shot at the winner, I have to agree with the above two posters, Vitali shouldn't be allowed to jump to the front of the line after Peter fought twice to become the mandatory. However, I would absolutley LOVE to see A Vtali-Peter fight if Peter wins the title .
