The only time DLH looks boring is when his opponent is unwilling to exchange or when the other fighter has a huge punch (mostly because of size) so i don't think Mayweather will fall into either one of those categories. I don't think even Mayweather believes that he can avoid exchanges all fights versus a guy as well rounded as DLH. Basically if DLH pressures PBF the way he is supposed to this is going to be a hell of a fight, no matter who wins.

Mayweather, too, has had his fair share of boring performances, against Castillo, against Sosa, against Baldomir. So, whilst this is certainly a fight to look forwards to, are we perhaps gettin a little carried away?

I really hope I'm wrong but I think we could be in for a snooze fest here. Too top, top class pros being a little too technical.
they both had almost 40 fights
they are both boxers and fight top
dudes yoru not goign to look great
all the time. plus only casual fans wanna
see people **** out and only find
that exciting. as a boxing fan im souped that
the fight is happening and if its a chess match ill be
    happy.

jordan didnt look like air jordan 82 games a season

only fights i find boring are heavyweight fights with ruiz
or valuez or other guys who get tired and clinch alot

I've never seen either one of these guys in a boring fight...what is wrong with you people. You can just go to the bar if you want to see a street fight, this is boxing, the sweet science. BORING, you people are crazy!

The kind of atmosphere this fight will bring will not allow it to be boring. People say the DLH-Trinidad fight was boring to watch, but when you soak it all in, there is no way you could be bored by events like this--I don't care how slow the fight unfolds.

I know I won't be bored, because of all things the Hopkins-Taylor fights didn't bore me and if those didn't, no big fight ever can. I always get so amped up for these big fights, and this is the biggest one since Lewis-Tyson.

Even if a slow chess match unfolds through the early and middle rounds, the aspect of DLH landing a left hook will keep many on the edges of their seats. It's really up to Floyd whether or not we see a lot of action; I'm not depending on Oscar to just plow ahead all night long. We will see action in short, incredibly quick spurts. Whether we see a great fight depends on whether Floyd ever gets caught and/or if Floyd can hurt Oscar with a sharp combination or counter.

I'll be disappointed if Oscar isn't trying to control the action, trying to outbox Floyd is the wrong approach.
