marquez will probs be installed as "proper champion" and cook should become hes mandatory since he gave up high rankings in all the other bodies to fight for the wbo crown

JMM should be the champion now, WBO policy seems to be to upgrade interim champions to full championship status in these situations. I guess Cook will be installed as his mandatory though.

Now that Scott Harrison has been stripped, is JMM the full champion, seeing as he had the interim championship or will he fight for the vacant belt, most likely with Nicky Cook?
