I always liked Pauli and thought he might be getting moved up to fast. However he performed exceptionally well in the fight and showed tremendous heart by staying in there and fighting. My only complaint about Paulie is his mouth but when you think about he it, its a part of who he is. I can't wait to see his next fight.

I used to think he was an *******, then I met him and he's one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. In public, he's just a funny motor mouth. If you talk to him privately, he's a humble, shy kid who you might mistake for a dude you play Playstation with or something like that.

Paulie had a chance of beating Cotto on that night, if the ring was bigger, and he didn't clinch so damn much, it could have been a much closer fight.

Paulie is one of the most technically skilled boxers in the 140 division, if only he had power.

If he didn't clinch after his hits he could of gotten countered and that would of been trooble
Holding was what kept him in there and his skill is what earned him my respect
