HELL YEAH it was a BAD stoppage. Carr looked clearheaded. Oba Carr was the man, he's one of my favorites, its a shame he never got the attention he deserved.

I like Carr he had a really exiciting boxing style. But i dont' think you can say he didn't get the respect he deserved. He got a three title shots and he fought regularly on tv. Their was this other fighter that was really good fighter too, i dont remember if he was a prospect or contender, i think his name was Derrall Corley -not the Corley of today- i need to check Carrs record to find his name. But this guy was really talented too, but i think it was after he lost a fight he didn't seem the same anymore. His fight with Carr i remember it being a really technical fight but not borring, now that i remember the Corley guy even fought Delahoya. But, Carr had a good boxing style, he just came at the wrong time when each Champion was a great fighter. If he was around today, he'd be a World Champion.
