Bill Hodgson, never heard of him before. Names old as hell, sounds like some old flat cap wearing dude from the 1950s.

Haha, he's from Lancashire and goes by "Big Bill", so you could be right.

Daniel Dubois now fighting fellow undefeated fighter DL Jones later this month. Not sure if there's such a thing as a powderpuff puncher at Heavyweight, but Jones hasn't even managed a knockdown in nine fights. He has been knocked down himself though, by Dorian Darch. It ain't gonna be pretty when Double D goes in mandingo style.

Sam Sexton recently done an interview stating he isn't willing to defend his British title against any "up-and-comers". He's only looking to fight established names for decent money. That's understandable but still disappointing. Gorman, Webb, Dubois and Joyce are probably all capable of winning that fight in their next outing.

If DD and JJ aren't being backed with the payroll to get these guys who've worked so hard to earn their spot, then they'll wait as long as they have to. Fast tracking costs a lot of money in any field.
Why should these guys take the risk when the promoters should be taking the risk on the potential hit or miss?

Most of these guys never fight out of their own countries. They're sensationalized stories like John Duddy, who was a huge deal in NYC for some reason, but was a C+ fighter at best, I never understood it.
