With regards to PPV it's important to remember the promoters need cash flow to support non PPV fights. Obviously I'd prefer a better card but that's just how it is.
I think and hope it's as competitive as I believe it could be. Even if only a short fight.

On the betting front, I've started to see quite a few screen shots of some reasonable size bets on Whyte, I think mainly because the odds are pretty long.

Dillians best chance is if he makes it a really rough fight and spoils.

One big problem is Whyte likes to have his hands down too much and prefers a slow first few rounds to work out where he can lay it in. Joshua has a lot of power and is normally straight on it so I think the first 3 rounds will be really important.

I've not seen any footage of Whyte getting dropped or buzzed bad?
Anyone know if it's out there?

I don't think he has been to be honest... but then again his career is pretty short due to his ban in 2013

But IMO Whyte would go through AJ's resume undefeated with a decent KO% so this has to be considered a step up.
Whyte definitely looks decent in terms of prospects in the HW division. I too agree he would have no problems handling all the guys AJ has blown through on his resume, albeit he wouldn't have blasted them all out like Joshua has.

I think there lies the difference, AJ just looks a complete beast. Physically he looks the part, and so far his performances have left little to no questions being posed about his ability. All he needs is a good chin check but I have a strong feeling he'll be able to take a decent shot.

I don't see Whyte going past 5, he would probably have to fight cautiously to get even that deep into the fight. On from that I would like to see AJ fight some top 10 guys. I can see Eddie Hearn moving on Tony Thompson. The guy doesn't mind travelling for the right money and it's got a good promotional angle if you factor in the way Thompson ended the hype around David Price.

I'm in no way suggesting that Joshua goes the same way as Price

I've put a fiver on Whyte today at 8/1.
Hoping the price holds when they release by KO...

I felt sure once they announce Brook wasnt fighting till 2016 that this would be on SS1.

But no. Apparently Bellew vs Masternek pushes this card into PPV territory

No chance im paying for this myself. Either going to the pub or streaming
