Paper champions

Surely Stuart Hall would be a massive paper champion if he
Wins the IBF belt? Not only was it striped from someone who has
Beaten him? He is #35 on boxrec and only the 3rd best in Britain.
Brian Rose would be particularly weak champion should he
Win also.

I just don't take a whole lot of stock in what the alphabets decide. They are only in it for the money.

Good fights are what matter. Does anyone think that Sven Ottke is a great fighter or champion.
