He can tweek things here and there, but it all depends on his next move, trainer and promoter wise.
Please don't compare that stiff idiot to Lennox or Wlad.

He's too old and ******ed to change. His footwork is appalling, defence woeful, and jab underused. Whats more he CANNOT take a shot. Any flush shot that lands on Price, he folds. He shot himself in the foot when he blamed Lennox for the 'tactics' in the second fight. If he'd been a bit more humble, he may have been able to get Lennox as a permanent trainer.

Maybe Frank Warren will take a punt. Price is certainly marketable in Liverpool, so he may squeeze a bit more out of him before the next KO defeat.

Very true about Warren taking a punt on him as he can still sell venues in Liverpool.

The same was said about Lennox in '94 and '95. I'm not saying Price can reach the levels of Lennox, but with the right adjustments, maybe he can land a EBU title at some point and maybe beat a couple of good fighters along the way.

He didn't blame Lennox at all - that was Frank Maloney, and he apologized straight away realizing that Lennox was given 3 weeks BEFORE 5 weeks with Franny and it was totally out of order.

        Lennox would do him well.

He can still be a part of the post Klitschko scene. There's a lot of potentially exciting fights but no one is really that good (yet).

But Price needs to work on his breathing. He is so tense in the ring & uses up more energy in 4 rounds than most fighters do in ten.

Whether its yoga, ballet, swimming underwater or whatever, he won't go anywhere unless he fixes this.

Bruno had a similar problem but started much younger & improved. Not sure if Price can.

Chisora isn't the right fight for him now. Del Boy is looking very strong, and can also take a shot.

He needs to rebuild against the likes of Sam Sexton etc.

I'd love to see Ian Lewison fight him.

Heavyweight David Price has chosen Adam Booth as his new trainer

British heavyweight champion David Price will be trained by Adam Booth in a bid to resurrect his career.

Price lost twice to American Tony Thompson this year after storming through the domestic division with a series of early knockouts.

However, veteran Thompson exposed the former Olympic bronze medallist's flaws, with the 30-year-old subsequently deciding to part with long-time trainer Franny Smith.

With Price's world title ambitions in tatters, the Liverpudlian giant has tasked Booth with the opportunity to help him rebuild.

"To begin with I contacted a handful of world-class trainers and asked Adam if I could have a chat and perhaps get some advic," said Price, who remains British and Commonwealth champion.

"When I first turned pro I was signed by Hayemaker and only left because of the television situation at the time. Adam pointed me in the right direction after that - and advised me to go with Frank Maloney - and I've always valued his opinion.

"So, after a brief chat, I brought up the idea of him possibly training me and we decided to have a meeting. I assumed he wanted to see what kind of frame of mind I was in.

"We did a few sessions together just to see how it would work, and he then agreed to train me. I was made up about that because I know Adam is very selective when it comes to choosing fighters to work with.

"I've got a good feeling about this move, and truly believe Adam is the man to bring out my true potential."

Price admits Booth - who masterminded David Haye's rise to heavyweight champion - has a meticulous approach outside the ring that means the pair should be a perfect fit.

"The mental side of the game is a big issue for me, and that's something Adam spends a lot of time thinking about and working on," he added. "Even just sitting down and having a chat with him, I can tell we share a lot of the same ideas about the sport and about life.

"We've both got the same outlook, and this should make it very easy to gel. He has helped me get a few things off my chest recently, which has made me feel like the weight of the world has been lifted from my shoulders. It's a good feeling.

"Ultimately, I know I've made the right choice and I know this move will take me to that next level."

Heavyweight David Price will face Russian Evgeny Orlov in his comeback fight next month.

The 30-year-old heads for Neubrandenburg, Germany on December 14 for his first contest since July when he lost in a rematch with Tony Thompson.

Price's clash with Orlov (14-21-1) will be his first with Sauerland Promotion after he signed a long-term deal with the Germany-based outfit earlier this month.Orlov fought leading European heavyweights Kubrat Pulev in 2010.

Price is expected to have five fights abroad before returning to Liverpool next year.

I thought that would be the case. Unfortunately he sees the support that he gets in Liverpool as 'pressure' which highlights the issue.

Hopefully Booth can help him built the confidence and mental strength to enable him to full-fill his physical potential.

Good move, Chisora at this stage would be a massive mistake.
