Amir Khan...last night too easy?

Interested to hear what you guys think of Amir Khan last night?
We all know what a superb talent he has, and what an exciting prospect he is....but I found last night embarrassing.

I know he is being brought along carefully and slowly...it was his first overseas opponent etc, and that's all good.
But for ****'s sake, did you see his opponent blinking with fear before the bout? Then he came out with his chin pointing to the moon clawing away like an angry cat. It looked to me like the geezer had never boxed before in his life. It had 1st round stoppage written on it from the first bell.
Come on businessmen...Amir is much better than this already and needs to be careful not to slip into Audley territory. (being labelled as a fighter that only fights 'easy's'.) A considerably better opponent next time please!

What a pathetic excuse for a fight, even the crowd were booing it! His opponent looked like his contact lenses were badly out of place! Khan ain't gonna learn anything fighting guys like that. He's just gonna get over confident and too ****y, so as soon as he meets a decent light welter he's going to get a nasty painful surprise.

The guy from Belarus was blinking like 500 times a minute, he was so nervous. First solid shot and he was out? Well you have to give Khan a break it is only his 5th fight but for a guy with such an impressive amateur career I think he can fight for a much sooner than the average boxer. Kkan was just too quick for this guy and apparently too strong.

he needs to be fighting solid journeymen who will not come close to beating him but will **** him about and teach him more in 4 or 5 rounds than 10 1,2 rounders

Oh come on. It's his 5th fight. They are starting his career the exact way they should. If he is still fighting these fighters after his 10th fight then we can ask questions.
