Anyone backing Barker?

This page isn't busy but you usually get proper boxing fans on it.

I truly have no idea who's going to win. I'm leaning towards Geale although I'd love for Barker to win.

I am part of that because it's fun sometimes... but I'm not full on all the time.
I don't know about Barker, but I'm on Geale. I think the cards will be even if not Barker in the lead halfway through, but Geale will come through with his Stamina and work rate through the rest of the fight and take a tough decision.

That's how I see it but Barker imo has the advantage in power. I think he should try and hurt Geale in the early stages, back him up and make him think twice.

Barker is a good boxer, has tremendous heart and will give it his all, and I believe he will find a way to adjust to the tactics he must against Geale, after his fight against Martinez he surely showed he can hang in there at the top level.

I do think Barker has the better power. If he wants to win the later rounds, He'll have to land the more telling blows while staying active. Geale will try to sweep it with activity.
I mean, it worked great over Sturm because he's old and has been fading (shown by Soliman hanging in there, still thought Soliman lost though).

Just watched the Ringside special on Barker.

Good watch.

Sometimes I question his mental ability. He seems to shut down in fights and loses control.

He was talking about how "He didn't really believe he could beat Martinez".

Routing for him though, hope he brings the title home. For his brother.

I like Barker and I know he is a big Chelsea fan so I am keen on catching but I am out on the piss and don't anticipate in getting home much before 4 in the morning.
