I think we see Fury on the canvas at least once but he'll get back up. As an ambush fighter expect Haye to circle Tyson and stay out of range. Will be quite a boring fight if Tyson can't close the distance

      David Haye ‏@mrdavidhaye 4m

I've just signed to fight Fury on Sep 28, lets hope he finally agrees (and signs today) and he doesn't keep delaying. Word around "Camp Fire" is Fury is looking to duck me and fight Toney "The Tiger". Lets hope they are just to rumours....

Heaps of work for Peter Fury to make this competitive.

I am off tipping anyone right now (especially heavyweights) after thinking David Price might find a way to beat Thompson. Thankfully, did not give Paddy Power any business on Saturday.

Fury's love of a tear-up and general red-mist moments which sees him throw a good strategy out of the window and force a KO does worry me; Haye would love to see Fury coming right at him and land a bomb on the counter.

Will be interesting to see what tactics Peter Fury comes up with and whether Tyson has the control and discipline to follow them.

I liked Haye at cruiserweight, he cleaned up and did it in a short space of time. But at heavyweight I'm not convinced. He was clipped and put down by Barrett, and has average wins over Audley Harrison, John Ruiz and Chisora. His career-defining fight was against Klitschko and he failed big time. I don't mind if a fighter loses, but to go into the biggest fight of your career and box like that is unbelievable, and I don't buy any excuses.

Prediction: If the fight goes to the mid to later rounds, Haye fades and Fury takes him out!

I'm not a fan of Tyson Fury, but I think it would be better for the heavyweight division and for boxing if he beat Haye.

Fury is more focused on boxing, he fights 2-4 times per year, not once per year like Haye.

And if Fury beat Haye, Fury vs. Wladimir Klitschko would be a huge event.

I agree on this but even if fury lost i think he could still move on and become champion! Hes still very young...

Fury is too slow and not enough mobile for Haye. He won't be able to find him and when Haye will let him, it's because he'll be the one to punch. I can't see this as being as boring as Klitschko-Haye or Valuev-Haye. There's a huge difference in punching power between Klitschko and Fury. Besides, Fury has trouble with angles and Haye can move like the wind in there. I'm pretty sure Haye will hurt Fury repeatedly. My hunch is, Haye by late ko after much dancing on his part, much clumsiness on Fury's in the circumstances, much pain for the latter too, and good precision power puching for the former... Haye by stoppage between the 10th and 12th...

Haye will gas and get knocked out!
Haye struggles against tall guys who can move a bit and have a good work-output .

It was proven in the amateurs, it was proven against a slow plodding heavyweight like Valuev that Haye never at one moment in time looked comfortable due to him having to bob and weave and trying to get in range without being tagged.
Haye is older now and very ring inactive... Things will catch up sooner or later!

Tyson Fury has improved alot since then and he always raises his game for big fights...
Steve Cunningham fighter who has never been knocked out before and is renowned for having a granite chin... completely obliterated.

                    Lol at this hate post.
Who are these mystical "tall fighters that give Haye problems"? Are we talking about Wladimir? Because he's the only one. Valuev hardly landed on Haye at all through out the fight, and Wlad landed very sparringly. So i'm not sure what you are talking about. Harrison, Enzo, Gurov, Valuev are the four other fighters he has fought that were taller than him. The first three were knocked out in rounds 1, 2 & 3. Is that having problems? Valuev was a freak of nature and nobody every hurt him before Haye made him do a chicken dance.

And especially lol at you reaching for the amateurs. For the record, Solis is a quite a bit shorter than Haye. Once again, you prove you know absolutely nothing about this. Get out of here with that hate. You'll look like a fool when Fury is flat on his back after 3 rounds.

The Klitschkos are as dominant as can be as heavyweights. Yet Wlad couldn't catch Haye and put him down for good. The exact opposite of what you're saying seems true to me, on the matter: Haye moves very well, and has shown to be particularly capable when it comes to staying out of the reach of very tall guys. Valuev was a slow plodder? Probably. But you can pretty much say the same about Fury: in terms of speed and acuracy, he's not exactly Sugar Leonard or Ali... He has a good work rate, but against guys who stays in front of him. Fury is rather clumsyish and flat footed. in fact, and he's not hard punching (Cunningham was decked and beaten by cruiserweights -why are you surprised to have seen him loose badly to a huge heavyweight? and where do you find his "granite chin"?) Haye on the other hand, is quite heavy handed, surely not as much as a heavy as he was a cruiser, but he still can punch. There's no way this fight could follow another pattern than this: Haye moving in and out with fast, hard combinations and Fury trying to catch up...
