It depends what you learn from your loss and how honestly you analyse your own performance. If you can be honest enough to criticise yourself and admit in your own head/heart where you went wrong then you can definitely come back stronger.

BUT if you're dumb and put every lose down to a fluke, or "it was the refs" or "he was on PEDS" etc etc then you learn jack and make the same mistakes in your next fight *cough Khan *cough

In theory, common sense tells you to learn from mistakes, if you got Ko'd how did it happen and what can you do to avoid it in future, If were were beat to the punch all the time, why? If you were countered all the time, why? If you kepts getting caught to the body, why? and so on and on..

In life you can only learn by doing something wrongly or not adopting the best practice to do it..

As a boxer you should never really take a one sided beating as the corner should not let it happen, that would dent confidence, but still it has happened.

if you dont learn from losses then mentally you are in the wrong place and sport.
