Today everyones a Legend/ATG and pound for pound best! The guy never fought outside his "area", you never saw him in Vegas and everyone was hand picked opponents or he got beat. Good skills and technically sound but no Legend!!!
Great fighters, and all 'roid free.

Ofcourse they are, as I said in England!!! Legends fight in legendary places his Atlantic City bouts were 4 rounders and he sqeaked by,never to return. As for roids thats up to the fighters, trainers, managers and commisions to deal with. I can understand the need for wanting great fighters since you only named 4 in the one hundred plus years of fighters being competitive in the current Marquis of Queensbury squared circles. I think of men like Alan Minter and Lennox Lewis (was he born in England or Jamaca or Canada) and the southpaw fellow that fought Ali and was about as game as a fighter could be. Its just use of the words like Legend or Great and this p4p best that gets so ridiculous to hear that annoys most people who were or are pro fighters or worked within the boxing business. There were great fighters that have 20 losses on their records but todays fans have only a won loss record for them to acknowledge greatness. Because Methods and Techniques along with Willingness and Desire can't be determined unless you actually know what your looking at. Being 45-0 is something that looks and sounds "Legendary" ofcourse if you've only had 5 real fights out of the 40 you should be credited but it doesn't make you great or legendary it makes you a winner in your "circle" in this case the circle is "England"!
Again no offense to your countries heros but being a great fighter there is like being the champion of Jersey, truely an honor!I guess. Ray
