PRIMETIME: people who purchased Froch v Kessler

I have bought all the Super Six fights shown by Primetime, and the Klitschko fight, without a problem, or at least no problem at their end. I changed my credit card since registering for the service, so it was declined for the last two fights. They 'phoned me at home, my wife picked up the 'phone, the guy at the other end asked for me. My wife asked what they wanted, with no side, the guy said he was from digibill and wanted to talk to me about some box office television that I had put on my credit card. When we watch films it just goes onto our Sky subscription, but I have the Primetime stuff on my own card. My wife obviously assumed that I was being a naughty boy, I ended up putting the guy back on the 'phone once I had given him my new card details so he could tell her it related to boxing matches. But anyway, back to the point, I have watched most of the Primetime fights and have found it spot on. And you can't argue with £5.95!! Sorry for rambling. Headline is that I now trust Primetime as a provider.

just got a letter from a debt collection agency chasing money from the Pac Marquez fight.
I completley forgot i got given a new card and didnt update the card details on the website, i ordered the fight and was able to watch it no problems at all. I never got billed for it, but i didnt even notice until today when i read the letter. According to the letter i've ignored their demands for payment (i never received a single letter, email or phone call from them before this one the lying bastards).
Im ripping, if they had of told me i'd have paid it no questions asked, but im not willing to give my bank card details to some wanking debt collecting agency to pay it (i checked online, i still only owe them the amount for the fight - 14.95, they havent charged me silly interest).
The company is called Opos ltd, and going by a few online things ive read about them, they seem to be a bunch of ****s.
Anyone reckon i can sort this out with primetime and cut these bastards out of it?Last edited by gingeralbino; 02-03-2012, 06:40 AM.

Also record dates time and names of people you speak with.
Good luck!

Explain your situation and they should be understanding.

i can pay via payzone, which ive never used before so i reckon i can pay cash in the shop so they never have to get my bank details. Once i pay them (via this method) will that be the end of it? I now have an account with them that i can check online what my balance is (very generous of them to set me up with that, ****s) so i can check that its been paid.
Getting in contact with primetime is proving harder than it should be, the only phone number i can get for them is on the tv channel and i just get an automated service to either register or order a PPV. No email on the website that i can see or an address just a form on the contact us section that is way too much hassle to fill in (yes i am that lazy i dont want to take my sky card out to get the voewing number)
edit - id much rather deal with primetime though. debt collecters are a bunch of wankers. And if Mayweather Cotto is on it i'd like to have the option of ordering it so dont wanna be blocked from them. Anyone got contact info for primetime?Last edited by gingeralbino; 02-03-2012, 07:22 AM.
