Then, as soon they get back to fighting in the middle of the ring, Khan would tee off on him and maybe even stop him. If Kats can survive the bombs, then he'd only lose via UD.
All in all, Khan has too much power and speed. Kats would only have a puncher's chance, and even then we don't know if Khan's chin at 140 is as bad as everyone says it is (he only suffered KDs at 135).
