  • Nathan Cleverly VS Ring top 10 ?

So, how do you think Cleverly gets on against the rest of the Rings Top 10 rated Light Heavies. Cleverly is rated at Number 10:

    1. Chad Dawson
    2. Glen Johnson
    3. Bernard Hopkins
    4. Antonio Tarver
    5. Jean Pascal
    6. Tavoris Cloud
    7. Vyacheslav Uzelkov
    8. Adrian Diaconu
    9. Karo Murat

Could he compete against some of these guys, or is it to early for him ?

All of them bar Hopkins and Dawson, maybe Pascal could trouble him...

I think cloud could be a problem too, but otherwise I agree with the Lockey man.

Mmmm, i'm not convinced by Cloud yet, a win over a faded yet tough Woods, but what else...

I think Cleverly is a superior boxer to Cloud, but Cloud can **** a bit and is a tough cookie, it could get messy in there if Cleverly isn't careful, I'd like him to have some trench warfare experiance before going into that kind of fight.

i think it too early for him just now, but once he starts concentrating full time on boxing i would imagine we will see huge improvements especially with proper camps. He seems to have more natural ability than Clinton and he didn't do that bad, he'll be rubbing shoulders with the top ten for sure.

Cant say i know much about the names on the bottom half of the top 10. Think he would beat Tarver though. Dont think hes at the level to fight Dawson or Pascal yet, and Hopkins would be way to clever for him i think.

But he will be up there soon i reckon. Upcoming fighter Tony Bellew keeps calling him out, that could be interesting.

Hopefully he faces Johnson next, that would be a good test.
