Sauerland: "Bute ready to join the super-six."

Did HBO sign Bute before the Super Six was announced cos it looked like they did it out of spite to stop Showtime from getting the best possible replacement if anyone was to pull out.

I can't see Bute being a replacement for Taylor anyway just for the simple fact that showtime would surely have to replace an American with an American replacement (ie Allan Green).

I don't think anyones going to leave the tourney. It's too good an opportunity to make consistent good money and be in the mix. Taylor's not majorly likely to get KO'd again, he's had an awful line up of power punchers. He said he'd fight on and I respect that. He should perhaps avoid Kessler but all the other fights are at least winnable for him.
